We currently ship orders within the United States. Please review the shipping details below before placing your order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).
- Once your order has been processed and shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping Rates
- FREE Standard Shipping on all orders over $70 within the United States.
- Orders under $70 will be charged a flat $5.00 shipping fee.
Estimated Delivery Times
- Order processing: 1–3 business days
- Standard shipping: 7–12 business days
- Estimated total delivery time: 8–15 business days, including order processing.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to weather conditions, carrier delays, holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you'll receive a tracking number via email so you can monitor your package's progress.
Shipping Locations
We currently ship to addresses within the United States. At this time, we do not offer international shipping.
Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays or lost packages resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages
Once your order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery is handled by the carrier. If your package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the carrier first. If you need further assistance, please contact our support team.
Damaged Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include your order number along with clear photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We'll review the issue and provide instructions for the next steps.
